Hello! My name is Derek Snyder. I have 3 children that all attend or have attended Renaissance Academy. I enjoy all sports and have played most. I have a few years of coaching experience on various sports and ages. I enjoy watching our youth learn a skill and be successful with it. The joy that comes with that success is truly a blessing.

Hello parents and players! My name is Julia Nowalski, and I am incredibly excited to be a part of the Renaissance Rams volleyball program! I am currently a senior at Central Michigan University, pursuing a degree in elementary education, and I am thrilled to bring my passion for volleyball and teaching to this team! While this will be my first year coaching, I assure you that I come with years of experience under my belt. With 7 years of playing the game at various levels, I’ve gained valuable insights, understanding, and developed a deep love for the game, and I hope to share this passion with your girls!
