Student Attendance at Home Events Policy Update:
Attention Families:
In the spirit of community and support for our
athletes and the athletics program, the
administration and athletics department
encourages spectator support at all home events. The student athletes enjoy and appreciate seeing everyone in the stands and cheering them on. If you have ever attended an athletics event here at Renaissance, you know that the atmosphere is exciting (and loud). It’s fantastic to be a part of, and we want to see that support continue.
However, in the future, any students that attend an athletics event at Renaissance will need to be accompanied by a parent. We ask that those attending athletic events sit with and remain with the parent(s) while at the event. This should include athletes who have
finished their event and would like to stay to watch the next team – a parent must stay with them the entire time. As always, we appreciate your support and understanding.
What does this mean? It means that “drop and go” is not allowed. All attendance at home events must be accompanied by a parent. If a student attends a home event without a parent, the student will not be allowed into the event, and the parent will be called to come and pick up their child.

FinalForms Registration for Renaissance
This includes completed physical forms uploaded to the system. Athletic fees should be paid in the school office.
Registration in FinalForms MUST be complete before student athletes are permitted to participate in athletic contests.
Renaissance Athletics Fees & Scholarships
The participation fee per sport at Renaissance Academy is $80.
Scholarships are also available by printing and completing the form at the bottom of this page under Resources. Families of student athletes receiving scholarships will owe HALF the athletics fee, and are asked to volunteer to work at one home athletic event. Thank you.
Participation fees are due prior to the first scheduled game. If you have any questions, contact Mr. McCausey (dmccausey@renaissancepsa.com)
Student Athlete Drop-off (for practice and games)
When dropping student athletes off for practice and competition, the crosswalks should be used at all times. Student athletes should not be walking in and out of traffic in the parking lot. Walk directly to a crosswalk and cross at that point. This is for the safety of everyone. Thank you for your cooperation.
